Our corporate responsibility is more than just a few nice words. We have agreed from the beginning that we do not want to behave like every standard company. Find out more about our code of conduct and what be believe in.

The Amondini AG’s „Code of Conduct“ defines the minimum requirements and expectations with regard to the ethical-moral behavior of Amondini AG (hereinafter collectively referred to as „ Amondini „), and their suppliers and subcontractors.

These standards apply to all suppliers and subcontractors of Amondini and all other providers of goods and services to Amondini , irrespective of the company’s location (hereinafter collectively referred to as „suppliers“). Amondini reserves the right to terminate business relationships with suppliers who violate these guidelines and standards.

All suppliers are expected to maintain the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all business practices, in full cooperation with the Amondini „Code of Conduct“.

All suppliers must fully comply with all applicable national, state and/or local laws, policies and regulations. In addition, suppliers must fully comply with all their public law obligations with respect to any applicable agreement, intellectual property of the respective owners and holders, understanding or other binding obligation.

Suppliers expressly represent and warrant that all employees employed by supplier will comply with all legal requirements regarding minimum wage, income tax, social security, residence and work permits. A violation of any of these points may result in the immediate termination of the contractual relationship.

Amondini does not tolerate the use of child and forced labour, unsafe and dangerous working conditions and environments, or any behaviour that does not respect human dignity and respect.

Suppliers must provide safe and healthy working environments. Suppliers must implement policies that prohibit the use of illegal weapons, harassment in the workplace and the illegal use or possession of alcohol, drugs and other controlled substances (all substances covered by the Narcotics Act) in the workplace.

We expect our suppliers to implement employment practices that prevent discrimination based on age, culture and language, disability, ethnicity, gender identity, marital or family status, national origin, race or colour, creed, gender, sexual orientation or other characteristics protected by law. These principles apply to all hiring decisions, including, but not limited to, recruitment, employment, training, promotions, compensation, benefits, transfers, and workforce reductions.

Suppliers must avoid any transaction or business relationship that presents, or appears to present, a conflict of interest.

Amondini is aware that gifts from business partners are, to a certain extent, in line with standard business practices. However, their acceptance may lead to conflicts of interest and jeopardise the good reputation of our company. We allow the acceptance of occasional gifts of small value. Gifts over and above this and other granting of benefits, in particular the handing over of cash to employees and related persons, are generally prohibited.

Any bribery or undue payment, whether directly or indirectly benefiting Amondini , is prohibited. Bribes include, but are not limited to cash or unexplained discounts, refunds, payments for advertising or other masked discounts or expenses. In addition, all suppliers must fully comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws. Suppliers must respect the rights of employees to form or join unions of their choice and to bargain collectively.

Amondini expects its suppliers to adhere to business practices that preserve and protect the environment, contribute to the social well-being of the communities in which they do business and operate, and demonstrate accountability and transparency in their sustainability performance. Energy, production materials and resources used in production and service delivery should be used as efficiently and sustainably as possible. Procurement is therefore partly based on energy-related performance. The aim must be to continuously reduce the generation of climate and environmental pollution through emissions, waste, sewage and noise.
